What Is Your Refund Policy?
Refund/Exchange Policy
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. – OUR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE - Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.
If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Your refund is conditional based on approval by our quality manager.
For damaged products that are purchased from our website directly: please send us an email (hello@pnuff.com) with order number and picture of product.
For damaged products not purchased directly from PNUFF CRUNCH(e.g.grocery store, vendor, etc), please contact the store where original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.
Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
Returns:
For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. Please include a photograph of the product, along with the 8-digit LOT code on the back of the package (next to expiration date) so we can do our best to investigate possible reasons the product was not up to customers´ expectations further.
Refunds (if applicable):
No refund given, exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
· Change of mind
· Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition.
· Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within seven (7) days.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund after seven (7) days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pnuff.com.
Shipping to Pnuff
Products should only be shipped to us if you have been instructed to do so, by one of our Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There is a $34 charge for change in address.

Is P-nuff Crunch Certified Kosher?
Yes! All P-nuff Crunch flavors are OU Kosher certified.
Is P-nuff Crunch good for cholesterol?
P-nuff is naturally cholesterol free. It also contains monounsaturated fats from peanut oil which have been shown to reduce bad cholesterol (LDL cholesterol).

Is P-nuff Crunch safe for diabetes?
P-nuff is made primarily from beans which contain low glycemic index carbohydrates.

P-nuff is gut-friendly and gluten-free. In addition, our Roasted Peanut, Cocoa, and Cinnamon flavors are Low FodMap diet friendly.

What is Complete Plant Protein?
A complete protein contains the nine essential amino acids that our body cannot produce on its own. Plant proteins usually lack or are reduced in one of the essential amino acids. P-nuff Crunch unique proprietary blend of 3 plant proteins (Peanuts, Navy beans, Brown Rice) provides all 9 essential amino acids. These are important for building muscle, providing energy, and performing essential body functions.
Is P-nuff Crunch gluten-free?
Yes. All of our products are gluten-free.
Is P-nuff Crunch vegan?
Yes. P-nuff Crunch contains no animal products or animal-derived ingredients.
What is the Allergen Information?
P-nuff Crunch is made from peanuts. P-nuff Crunch DOES NOT contain Milk, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, Wheat, Soy or Fish.
Does P-nuff Crunch contain preservatives?
No artificial ingredients or crazy chemicals are used to make P-nuff. Our product is only made from natural ingredients that you know and recognize.
Do your products contain artificial ingredients or flavors?
No. We only use certified natural ingredients: no artificial colors, artificial flavors or preservatives.
Does P-nuff Crunch contain corn or soy?
P-nuff Crunch does not contain Corn or Soy.
What are the ingredients in P-nuff Crunch?
Ingredients: Ground Navy Beans, White Rice, Peanut Oil, Tapioca Starch, Organic Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Protein, Roasted Peanuts, Salt.
